Cory and Shane were awesome! Came to my work after a flood and got things all cleaned up. They work so well together and they work hard. I mean really hard. They even helped the plumber! They were so nice and courteous to my staff and our clients that were always in the way. Great workers, great results and great people! Would recommend them to anyone!
Cory, Shane R and Nick were very respectful of my home. They were very considerate of my dogs, one of which is blind. They were kind to us and made sure not to disrupt his already established route in my home.

Restoration completed today - January 19, 2026. I cannot say enough good things about the gentlemen here today and previously. Polite, helpful, patient and very efficient. The restored basement looks amazing. My husband and I are very grateful for all the hard work and great results.

These guys were professional and thorough. They removed all the black mold that was spreading throughout our bathroom and cleaned up all the waste including the toilet, sink and tub that we didn't want. Seamless and precise work that I would recommend to anyone that needs emergency remediation done to their home.
We called and were contacted back within a few hours and the technician (Alex) came out the next day despite our issue not being an emergency. The assessment took over an hour (despite being free) and the technician was very polite and sociable. He answered all our questions and provided very good insight. We have yet to employ their restoration services but the experience we have had so far was above and beyond. Thanks a lot!
3 months ago I had a flood in my house I choose service master belleville thru my insurance. After reporting my claim was appoved a crew came out and started very quickly to clean up they where very efficient and punctual they respected and laid carpet on my stairs to protect them the crew that came out to do the repairs was the same very hard working guys .I want to specifically thank Jason. Jeff. Brent. Eric. And Fraser they worked the whole week of Christmas to get the job done for me they cleaned very professional and they guys that came to help put the furniture back in place Roy and Shane on Christmas Eve and thanks again to service master you have a very reliable and hard working crew Thank you very much Middene

Our insurance company referred us to ServiceMaster Belleville when we experienced a flood in our home in early October. ServiceMaster showed up in under two hours and performed all the cleanup and mitigation work within a few hours. The restoration work, which included drywall, electrical and flooring, was well organized and efficient. Ryan, of Ryan's Repair & Renovation was particularly good to work with.
They got rid of some mould behind my kitchen sink. Fast response time, fair price and extremely professional

⭐️ 1 Star — WOULD NOT RECOMMEND We worked with ServiceMaster Belleville after our basement flooded this spring. They were sent by our insurance company — we did NOT hire them directly — and the experience has been terrible. • They did a poor cleanup job • They failed to dry the walls properly — moisture remained at 100% • They left wet drywall in place, which later developed black mold • We asked them to wrap fragile, 60-year-old family heirlooms — they didn’t. Multiple items were broken. • We never received an invoice from them, yet months later we suddenly received a letter claiming we owe a $1,000 deductible • The invoice only appeared for the first time attached to a collection agency letter threatening legal action • The “collection agency” had no phone number, and we couldn’t find it on Google This situation feels deeply unprofessional — and honestly, predatory. Poor workmanship → mold → damaged belongings → surprise billing → collections? Unacceptable on every level. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Just want to send out a BIG thank you to the guys that were at our home on Wednesday October 15. They did a FANTASTIC job taking care of our issue. They even stayed 2 hours past quitting time to complete the job and did a wonderful job cleaning everything up before leaving. We truly appreciate their hard work and polite courteous service. A water leak occurred in our basement and Servicemaster was the remediation company our insurance recommended. Connor contacted me less than 24 hours of speaking with my insurance adjuster and he did a thorough inspection of the basement. Connor provided detailed explanation of the mitigation process which helped my husband and I understand what to expect. Shane, Evan and Brent did a great job moving our possessions to the Pod, removing the damaged flooring, baseboards and drywall and cleaning the water damaged basement. Jeff stopped in a few times as well. Thanks to all at ServiceMaster -Belleville, ON- for the hard-working, quick, friendly, professional, knowledgeable service!
